After your payment is confirmed, orders are handled within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed over weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Method & Cost
We provide Standard Secured Shipping for every order:
Fee: $4.95
Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days
Please be aware that these delivery estimates are approximate. Factors such as carrier delays or adverse weather may impact actual arrival.
Free Shipping Condition
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 (USD).
If your cart total is below $80, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 will apply.
This threshold is clearly shown in your shopping cart so you can easily see how close you are to qualifying for free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order departs, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or is delayed beyond expectation, please email us at support@exenzia.com within 5 business days following the anticipated delivery date.
We will coordinate with the carrier and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Should you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once the order has shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.
