1. When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery time of all orders is currently 5–9 business days.
Please reach out if your order takes longer than this — we will be happy to resolve it for you.
2. How do I track my order?
Please use our Tracking Page.
3. Why isn't my tracking number working?
It is completely normal for tracking to take up to a week to begin updating after the order is placed.
During that time, your tracking may show:

“We are preparing your order”

“Info Received”
This simply means your package has been packed and is on its way.
4. My order says delivered but I have not received it.
Tracking can sometimes mark a package as delivered 1–3 days before it actually arrives.
If you still don’t receive it after 3 days, please contact us.
5. Can I change the address on my order?
Usually, once an order is placed, we are unable to change the address.
However, you can still contact us and we will do our best to assist if the order has not shipped yet.
